Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the label panel sizes?
The front label panel area is 2"w x 1-1/8"h
The back label panel area is 1-5/16"w x 1-1/8"h

Q: How many containers are in a case?
There are 200 containers in each case

Q: Do you sell smaller quantities?
We don't sell in smaller quantities, but our dealers do. We only sell in bulk packs of 200.

Q: Do you sell the Honey Bee Container in clear (PET) plastic?
No. The clear (PET) plastic is a harder more brittle plastic and would not be feasible for a honey container that needs to be squeezed. Until technology comes out with a (PET) plastic that is squeezable as the 100% low density polyethelene we will continue making them in the polyethelene plastic for the consumers 100% satisfaction.

Q: Why would you not use the clear (PET) plastic? My customers like to see my honey.
The bear has been on the market for so long everybody seems to have grown tired of it and sells had began to drop. So the manufacturers made a bear in the clear plastic to give the public something new and to rejuvenate the bear. And this did make sales go up. But when people started having problems with the (PET) cracking in shipment and/or by use it seemed to be more of a problem than a solution. If you look carefully at my Honey Bee Container you will find that it has a lot more detail in the bee vs. the bear. By using the plastic that is squeezable it is by far a better choice than the bear. My Honey Bee Container is made of low density polyethelene, 100% virgin material. It is very squeezable, durable and workable and feels great in your hand. The 1 lb. container fits perfectly in your hand.

Q: What size cap needs to be used on the Honey Bee Containers?
Any standard 38mm cap can be used.

Q: Can hi-flo and flip top caps be used on the Honey Bee Container?
Yes. Any style can be used as long as it is a 38mm cap.

Q: Do you charge a handling fee?
There is a handling fee of $5.00 on any one order of 10 boxes of Honey Bee Containers or less. Any one order above 10 boxes of Honey Bee Containers there will be no handling fee.

Q: What size are the boxes the containers are shipped in? Are they considered oversize?
The boxes are 24 x 16 x 26 and they are considered to be Oversize 1
